hey,i've updated to 2.4.3 and changed realmlist and all,trying to log in,says patch required,i press restart and it says to install burning crusade,when i press instal it says its alrdy installed,could you please help me?trying to log for days.thanks

My tip for you is to download a torrent of WoW 2.4.3

If you guys have any problems that says or whne wow comes up and it says download BC you dont have to go to ur folder and click the other wow launcher it should be called WoW it will bring you straight to the log in screen

Okay, I torrented your client and changed the realmlist. When I went to log in, the launcher was Wrath of the Lich King launched (because I have that installed) and it said:

"Unable to validate game version. This may be caused by file corruption or the interference of another program. Please visit [http://usblizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleld=21031] for more information and possible solutions to this issue."

Now, the only other thing I'm currently running is BitTorrent and Mozilla Firefox, so I know it's not another program causing an interference. Am I supposed to re-arrange the "Burning Crusade", "Classic Client", and "WoW Patches" that the client downloaded? Or do I need to uninstall WOTLK? Please help, I'm very interested in playing on this private server =)

i have same problem i have got so i am 3.0.1 patch can i still play the game or must i just have 2.4.3?? can i like "delete" down to 2.4.3??

You can't play here with the 3.0.1 patch installed. You must re-install wow (to 2.4.3 tbc).

You will have to reinstall it. Patches changes the files in the wow folder. Almost impossible to remove it.

i have tried to downlaod the patches from the website provided by the server however it does not seem to be working and i do not really understand what a torrent is or what to do with it as i have downloaded the pacth torrent now what lol . anyways i just installed wow classic and the burning crusade now im stuck and i could really use some help as i would very much like to play on this server please please help me

How to: Download and istall the 1st Classic. Don´t press play or anything. Then install TBC dont press play!
Then install the first patch. Once you´ve downloaded the patch file but the patch.exe thing in your wow folder then use it.
Once that patch is done just leave it and do the same thing with the other patches.
Once you´ve downloaded everything look for realmlist.wtf in WoW folder and open it with Notepad.
Set realmlist set realmlist datwow.servegame.org
Then you´ll see a "Launcher.exe" and WoW.Exe. Right click on the WoW.exe and make a shortcut. Use the shortcut
The launcher.exe is just anoying will auto patch you.
Anyway I know you allrdy got a guide but that a old guide I have in a Text document. and it´s easy too understand.
