How to downpatch For Dummies

This is a very easy method.

1)go to your wow file and delete your patch.mpq file. You can also delete wow.exe but usually this isnt necessary.

2) Run the repair and click reset and check files if you click the other 2 it will not work and will likely screw it up.

3) almost immediately it should say that the file is seriously damaged and must revert to an older version blah blah blah accept this and let it run.

4) After it has finished you will be at either 2.4.3 if your lucky or you will be at 2.0 in this case jsut repatch from the other link or from worldofwarcraft.com.

This method worked for me and thousands of others if it doesn't work for you reinstall wow and follow the 4 steps more closely.
