Rogues saps too much

The rogues stuns (sap, blind) wont go down in duration. It's too op in arenas...

sap in arena isn't bugged. Played last night, and got sapped for the second time, for 4 secs.

DR's work perfectly, although blind and snares such as imp.hamstring entangling roots etc sometimes have no effect and you perform any actions while being affected by them.
Imp hamstring I approve Very Happy but blind bug is pretty gamebreaking.
Also I'd like to note (cant believe nobody said it earlier) that Relentless Strikes talent is not working at all.

60% to add a CP on finishers, if it does work then idk.. didnt procc for me for a week :]

Oh, I found out Ruthlessness does kinda work in a way, it just adds a point on the current finisher, not on the next one.. So this kinda renders 5point finishers useless adding a bit of rng on RS coz it becomes 80% or if you decide to use 5point finishers ruthlessness proccs go to waste. Well it's acceptable for SnD, but not so nice for rupt/evis. Atleast it works somehow Very Happy
