Stuck at 'connected'

Hey all, this morning everything was fine, now for some reason i cant log in with either my pc or my laptop (both use the same wireless), i get stuck at 'connected'.

Flushed dns on both - nothing
Reset router, reset computer(s) - nothing
Version check - it worked this morning, so either server got updated during the day or again, nothing
Am I banned? - why
