Quests:
-Blood for Blood

Using the item on Felblood Initiate doesn't make them go into weakened phase, thus making the quest impossible to complete.
-Blast the Gateway!

The item given by the quest-giver to summon the companion doesn't work, thus making the quest impossible to complete.
-Air Strike Must Continue!

Sometimes you can't kill the mob, cause its tagged to other player, thus you don't get the objective for your quest. This also causes some people to be stuck in combat. Also, the respawn time of these mobs is way too long.
-On Nethery Wings

You can not use Phase Disruptor on Void Conduct, cause it says "You need to be closer to Manaforge".

Mobs/NPCs:
-Dawnblade Marksman

These are supposed to shoot people from range, here they do melee instead. They should also use Immolation Arrow and Flaming Arrow.
-Imp Minion

These are supposed to be linked with Dawnblade Summoners, their level is also too low.
-Madrigosa

She is supposed to fly around Brutallus, and keep attacking him, shes also supposed to yell some stuff, so does Brutallus.
-Various mobs in Terokkar Forest
Line of Sight seems abit bugged here, sometimes you can't attack the mob that in front of you on flat ground. You should investigate it if you got free time.
-Haggard War Veteran

He does patrol at one of the bridges, but you can't talk to him unless you stand at the beginning of the bridge. He stands at the beginning of the bridge, but it seems like he is walking on the bridge.

Spells:
-Mind Flay
If there are two or more priests in party, and both use Mind Flay, one of them interrupts. In other words - two mind flays don't stack, fix it as its really, really annoying if you have two or more sp's in raid.
