Ancient Lichen Empty Ancient Lichen

So there is a item called Ancient Lichen and you can get it with herbalism from Ancient Lichen herb.
but the problem is that it's not spawned to any heroic.

I found it only from Steamvault normal : / Wowhead has the dungeons where it should be spawned, in hc and normal modes ofc

I guess a nice amount of Lichen would be around 2-3 / HC?
