Spell Reflection Empty Spell Reflection

Spells reflected using Spell Reflection don't generate threat. It makes MGT (and several other instances) quite a lot harder. Since warriors have a threat multiplier of 1.5 in def stance with defiance, reflecting a 7k frostbolt in MGT would be over 10k threat if the spell worked like on retail. It's zero here. Please fix.
