Windfury proc Empty Windfury proc

I dont know if everyone is lucky or is the windfury proc crazy high, This is not a major problem, just wanna let you know if there is/was a problem.

I totally agree. You have to lower the proc rate by WF. It´s sick bounce

It's 20% ; p so it's one of your 5 hits, stormstrike = 2 hits and also reseting WF cd

Stormstrike shouldn't reset WF cooldown. WF proc with one-handers should be around 34% (Can't remember if it was 32, 34 or 36 :<). Internal cooldown should be 3 seconds, and shouldn't be reset by stormstrike.

I think it is meant to be reset by stormstrike? As I particularily remember shamans having to time stormstrikes after windfury procs

This video for example shows DisqoDice configured to tell when windfury procs and when stormstrike is off cooldown.

People used SS when WF was off cooldown; they delayed it if WF procced shortly before SS came off cooldown to not "waste" the SS (by using it when WF is on cooldown)

Suppose that makes sense, I just distinctly remember procs after stormstrikes aswell

If the stormstrike didn't proc windfury, yeah. It's only a ~35% chance anyway.

The 3 second internal CD is functioning as intended. I have never gotten any WF on consecutive attacks, including SS attacks.
