Rare/epic drop rate

To be honest, you should make epic/rare drop rate to x1, or x2, preventing people from getting gear quickly and stuff. This may prevent one eldest guild getting full t4-instances gear when t5 is getting launched, and they may just progress way easilier than guild that just started. Also, it may bring back the grinding feeling of pretbc.
Also, you could bring back all the attunements, including kara one, because it was fun and hard part of tbc.

The rate is only for trash and outdoor mobs. So that in instance the loot is set via roll templates. So bosses cant drop more or less loot.

Attunements are, well pretty annoying in my case but could work here. Let us think about it

DOING THE ATTUNMENTS is what it takes to get into the insatnce gives people something to do esspecially the BT attunement when you finally lauch it lol
